The work environment is always moving, face paced at times. The culture is a good one, they generally try to take care of their employees and care about their well-being

Worse place to work. They keep preaching family values, but they only care about their own family. They force you to brake DOT rules everyday, they force you to work 16 hrs a day and if you get into an accident because you're tired, they blame on you. They're also very political and racist,,, all one has to do to progress faster then everyone else, is to be Hispanic and speak spanish. Company sucks and their management sucks even more. The distribution center where l used to work, lost all the drivers because of political correctness. They chose to promote drivers with less seniority over the drivers who were there for decades. Everybody quit, and now they can't get drivers. They are a bunch of glorified slave owners.
