I do not feel good about working at Gorilla glue at all I feel like I was held back there and treated very poorly they tend to show a lot of favoritism there and if you’re not with the in crowd there and nine times out of 10 you will end up getting fired I need to change that will status there get a union or something management has too much power it is not employee driven and the sad part is I don’t even think the owners know the infrastructure too well I think they pay attention to the dollar as an employee who gave their heart and soul to this job I feel like they didn’t use my full potential and that HR department is a sham they have no appeal process there and they do whatever it is they feel like they want to do to someone regardless of their innocence so I would say to anybody who is looking for a job there just be prepared to stay out of the way and pray you don’t get on the bad side of someone who is in a position of power present no worse feeling than when somebody uses their position to wrongfully do something to you
Good For a long time I would always tell people about their products and tell them it was good stuff and was very proud to work for a company that is on my five brothers and have very good American values and is taking the company in the right directions I just think they need a few things tweaked as far as management

I love telling people I worked at Gorilla Glue. The only reason I left was cause they moved to Sharonville, which was to far from my home.
