Employ more people to meet the needs of the patients, i.e. translators, referral specialists; listen to staff concerns; give incentives, pay more; have vacation time and sick time. Create more work space.

I would let my employees know they are a valued part of the company and realize that I couldn't do it on my own. I would give they employees (not just corp staff CEO) cost of living raises. I feel that employees would care more about their work if they knew they were valued and not just someone that can be replaced at any time.
