What used to be a fun and productive place turned into micromanagment annoying tests. I understand that you need to know your product, but having module tests is a bit insane. It takes away from trying to source new leads.
Good coffee, good management, excellent product. I worked here for a few months before I had to relocated to the orlando area. I have to admit they are a great company, but it is not for everyone. I saw alot of people come and go.
The company has poor managerial direction. The owner is very unfriendly and certainly demonstrates poor leadership skills. There is quite a bit of secrecy surrounding how to effectively source for real potential clients.
Nice office with decent people
Lack of effective training. keep secrets as to how to be truly successful.
Management was great. The pay was decent but a very tough job to learn.Government lingo is very important. The job requires one to be very tech savvy. The company invested in leisure activities for the employees during break and lunch hours.
If you can't find any other job - then this is the place to go for the 3 months that you'll be there. Horrible upper management tells you that you have a base salary when it's really a draw against commissions. They'll bring you in at a higher salary then find every reason to cut it...and then cut it again. You are micromanaged to the minute. You must punch in (what salaried employee ever punches a time clock). You cannot make or receive phone calls except at 10 am, noon and 3 pm. The place is like a factory. Everyone gets their breaks and lunch at the same time. The vice president runs this place like a concentration camp. The owner runs around cursing at everyone and everything. So if this is what you are looking for then this is the place for you. Otherwise - MOVE ON

Beware of this company. The owner decides one day everyone's pay needs to be cut and cuts it 30%. Any promise of pay is subject to change at the owner's whim. He runs around the office in tennis shorts and is very unprofessional in his manner.
Minimal opportunity and unfair business practices. Management has absolutely no ability to manage people. Many paychecks are short and when reps meet qualifications for commission and bonus, the rules change to benefit company.
