My first suggestion is this, maybe just maybe if they would give more of a attainable labor budget where the stores could be better staffed they wouldn't have such a high turnover rate. Also other gas stations start you out at a higher pay rate.....
However with the ridiculous budget corporate gives things will never be good. They expect managers to be able to do everything I mean everything. And you couldn't pay me enough to ever take a position higher then assistant manager.

Get another option besides labor calculator, so these stores are not under staffed.

More hours in the budget to hire enough people to run the store efficiently. Stop expecting one to do the work of 3. Give meal breaks. Weed out the ones that don't want to do their job.

Store managers should have the power over their own store. A DM is in there rarely, so they don't know what's going on Day to day. Understand that you have good employees so you should pay them.
