They hire from Craigslist. No one knows how to use a camera nevermind how to take photos. The cameras they send you often have problems and are cheap plastic = to point and shoot variety.

Varried, some younger some older. Best part of job is photographers that worked there alongside me, management was a joke.

You work a few weekends here and there during grad season. Literally you wont need a vacation from working this job, but if you need to know then about 340 days a year.

I never applied for the position of Photographer with Gradimages. I literally filled in for a small Graduation shoot and ended up with a side gig.

Managers and the home office almost seemed to have an aversion to using a phone preferring email only. Supervisors or Team Captains were the opposite, but would constantly be traded out before the Graduation.
