The only promotion Advocate can receive is when the company has an open Advocate spot because there is a lot of turn over rate meaning you get more students and the school district but you are a still making 18 per student per month. And the bonus is farther out of reach because of too many students.

Depending on your position (who you get along well with the most, in my opinion) I imagine it would be rather streamline. My fellow colleagues did well moving up—I was however ‘gifted’ with staying in my position (it’s all about numbers!)
