The only promotion Advocate can receive is when the company has an open Advocate spot because there is a lot of turn over rate meaning you get more students and the school district but you are a still making 18 per student per month. And the bonus is farther out of reach because of too many students.
There are no raises. You are not paid 18 or 20 per hour. Advocates are paid 18 per student per month. You worked more than 20 hours a week because Advocates are trying to meet the pyramid pay scale to get a bonus. There are no benefits. But the worse is trying to get bonus paid.
It's very rare & difficult to receive a raise. Major requirements are put in place for employees to qualify for raise. example: they could be exceeding their job expectations but if their students don't do their school work & they miss 'goal' because of it that could disqualify them for a raise.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
