I would say 30 days for most positions and that's the maximum timeframe unless you have specific terms that they've agreed to where you would start later. You could start within 2-3 weeks if you get everything done quickly. There's a list of things you have to do like immunizations and health screening and paperwork to submit plus a background check going back 10 years. If you lived in different states it could prolong your background check.

Worked at Grady for a short time d/t the cummute being over an hr and maybe more depending on the traffic. I was very proud to say I worked at Grady especially as an LPN. Great hospital, great atmosphere for learning. Fantastic hospital.
