Depends on the department recruiter or unit needs. I’ve applied to the ED twice and got a call back within a few days interview next week but no callback from medical units which is where my experience is mostly.
You have the interview
Then 4 days before they call you (if) you get the job
Then another week to do I9, shots, and Tb tests
Then another 2 weeks for orientation
Orientation is 2 weeks depending on your department
Then next you start on the floor
About 3 weeks..From start to finish!
I am ready to start working now
I will ready to start work after one month from now.
2 months at the most if they are hiring

It takes about 30 days...it's a lot you have to do I guess that's why
Depends on how your resume looks.
Very long, I have been applying for jobs at Grady for a very long time every since I moved to GA 11 years ago.
