Mine was about 15 minutes with HR and Production Manager, 10 minute driving forklift test, and a 30 minute video and forklift written test. I had been a reliable, work all positions, work all overtime, type of temp for 3 months prior. I have misdemeanors and they asked about how I got them. At the time, they were fresh off of a massive amount of people quitting. They asked how mechanically inclined I was, how my computer skills were, and if I was a quick learner.
Them getting to know you.
Long ..and indepth...alot of testing

Graham needs to allow its Plant managers to Manage without so much upper management interrupting the processes. Many Corporate managers having various opinions of direction just caused chaos leaving the plants support teams consistently concerned about their future.
