The metrics are designed so that they can pay as little as possible for a sale with other metrics designed to be used to take money from commission. The management is abusive and is not there when needed. Main office in the islands has wild parties and sends nearly pornographic pictures to the rest of the company. Nightmare place to work!

They are flexible w schedules... it's kind of sink or swim after training. Not bad but not an exceptional work place. Self motivated people are best suited. Mus te know how to cal ulate premium. Lots of billing errors and dropped follow ups to correct as CSR

One of a kind fantastic Support System from training to team and in between. Supervisor cheers on team to accomplish goals. Was very hectic, and had slow times during year. Help desk for most part was great. Didn't see a lot of turnover, due to so much support, which is a major plus.
