I usually work on the weekends sometimes every other week because it's a banquet hall. I think it is a great job to start out your career. Every body there is so helping and we all work together. My boss is very considerate of my school hours and everything else. I usually do a lot of prep work like cutting vegetables, herbs, etc. One of my biggest jobs is also salad prep.
