They increased my pay after working there fir a year under contract as support staff; after settling in with that pay and being happy with it,they took it away! Almost a 50% dcrease in my pay rate!

Just as an observation from a tax payer and parent of GRPS students. I find the pay scales to be very inequitable. How can you justify paying a principle nearly 3 times what an educator is paid? A custodian is paid more than a substitute teacher! In my opinion GRPS is top heavy with its staff. Far too many administrators, grant specialists, fiscal responsibility directors, educational curriculum coordinators etc. It's these kinds of bloated payrolls and ineffectual middle management positions that can and will ruin the public educational system.
