The hiring Manager for the department in which you applied will be the individual that will be contacting you for the interview. They will also be the individual conducting the interview. A Human Resources professional may attend, pending on the position/details. It's important to be prepared to talk about your past work experience and how it may relate to the position in which you applied. If you have no past work experience, it will be important to talk about what interests you in the position in which you applied, and how you would be a good fit for such position.

After your interview is complete, the hiring manager will follow up with you to offer you employment, or inform you that he/she has decided to move forward with another candidate. If you have accepted an offer of employment, a Human Resources professional will contact you to review further details and schedule your new hire paperwork appointment. Your offer of employment will be conditional until you've successfully passed a background check and drug screen. After you have successfully completed your new hire paperwork and background check/drug screen on site at the Resort, you will be ready to start working at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa!
