Worst experience ever working here. Coworkers have very poor morale and there is no such thing as team-work - every man/woman for themselves! Also, horrible training - scared to ask any questions because if you do, you are treated like you’re incompetent. Management is horrible.

The most stressful part of working at GVH is that there are a lot of “old timers” here...they won’t let you get ahead or offer any new ideas. Management is awful. A great deal of favoritism is played by current management with specific employees. No hard and set rules -even though there is a “formal” list of company policies, don’t let that fool you - behind the scenes and in specific departments, these policies are not followed and are bent to favor who they want to favor and who they don’t. I would NEVER recommend this as a place to work, I had a horrible experience working here. The company expects the employees to be completely dedicated and giving, however, the company gives the employees little to nothing.
