We do not have a "vacation policy," per se. We have Paid Time Off, which can be used for sick or vacation days. It accrues at 3.08 hours per pay period, totally 80 hours your first year. You can borrow against your balance, too. That increases by 40 hours upon your first anniversary, then again on the anniversary of your 4th year. The company also allows you to carry 40 hours of unused time over to the next year.

It really depends on what position you are applying for and what the issue is with regard to your background check. We have folks who drive, folks who enter customer's homes and people who have access to private customer information (such as credit card information, social security numbers, etc.), so our customer's safety is our number one concern. We are fair, but we are thorough, too. I hope that helps answer your question.
