We do not have a "vacation policy," per se. We have Paid Time Off, which can be used for sick or vacation days. It accrues at 3.08 hours per pay period, totally 80 hours your first year. You can borrow against your balance, too. That increases by 40 hours upon your first anniversary, then again on the anniversary of your 4th year. The company also allows you to carry 40 hours of unused time over to the next year.
