Upper management as a collective whole does not listen to the concerns of the employees. A recent change in CEOs may change it, but the upper management directly beneath the CEO are constantly changing things because they are not seeing instant results. Turnover in the Customer Service department is extremely high because they are run into the ground. Members of Loan Processing are now helping Customer Service day in and day out with zero additional compensation, yet teammates that are not trained are receiving the same pay. They might feed you every so often, but never anything healthy. Everyone in the BLS department is just treated as another body in a chair. Do two full time jobs at once but don’t expect anything for it. Favorites are the only ones who ever advance, on top of it. Run far away from here.
