Granite pays employees in the bottom 10% of industry standard. Raises and promotions are dragged out over the course of months and are disappointing. Good employees leave the company while Granite retains those who are underachievers. There are not enough bathrooms in the main building, so most employees end up checking 4 different bathrooms on 4 - more ... different floors in one building, before having to walk across two parking lots into the next building to relieve themselves.
