Accountant II (Current Employee) –  Ephrata, WAJune 26, 2018
Inability to be promoted or get tasks done very easily. Too many top managers to collaborate and agree to actually be able to finish jobs very timely.
Pros
Great pay and benefits
Cons
Too much red tape to get anything done or changed.

Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Ephrata, WAApril 26, 2017
Everyone is related. There are some good new individuals in leadership roles. There is a lack of structure an organization. The front line workers are passionate about what they are doing, but they are slowly losing morale.

Project Manager (Current Employee) –  Ephrata, WASeptember 2, 2015
Grant PUD is a secure job with excellent benefits. However, the culture can be challenging. It has a home town feel, with all that entails.
Pros
Good wages and benefits.
Cons
Layers of hierarchy.

IT Operations Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Ephrata, WASeptember 17, 2014
GPUD is a very busy place. There is a tremendous amount of work to be performed with limited staff.

Co-workers are excellent for the most part. They really pull together in the event of an issue that needs to be resolved.

Hardest part of the job is trying to put in only a 40 hour week.

The most enjoyable part of my job is the staff that I manage and the work I perform. I very much enjoy my job here.
