The general work culture is okay. The management (Partners) aren't in touch with the realities on ground. Career growth isn't well structured. Nevertheless the training experience and humane nature of the managers are cool.

Typical 9 to 5 however, on days with close deadlines work hours could be distorted and very long. Overtime perks are paid too.
