Management has no problem mandating you for 13 to 14 days in a row. And per the policy if you refuse a mandate shift you get points, so after 6 points your fired. You can also get a point for being 1 minute late!

They make you take a engineer skills test, about gears and pulleys, mechanisms it was crazy, and its not like i was interviewing for maintenance, it was ridiculously hard and unnecessary and they missed out on having a great addition.

Yes. They do hire felons. Never not apply somewhere because someone says they don't. Own your mistake and sell yourself.
Start at $19.18 hr. Medical replacement/ vacation replacement. No Insurance till hired in permanent, Can't miss any time or be late....but if you want to succeed, you do it.
