The process can vary by what type of position you are interviewing for and also the preference of the manager. However, the typical process would be to have a phone screen/phone interview with one of our recruiters or the hiring manager as a first step, and then come in for a face-to-face interview. This interview would be with the manager and/or some other members of the team. Sometimes there may be a second face-to-face interview with other individuals, either possible peers or a higher level manager.
