The process can vary by what type of position you are interviewing for and also the preference of the manager. However, the typical process would be to have a phone screen/phone interview with one of our recruiters or the hiring manager as a first step, and then come in for a face-to-face interview. This interview would be with the manager and/or some other members of the team. Sometimes there may be a second face-to-face interview with other individuals, either possible peers or a higher level manager.

In order to be a Delivery Driver for Graybar, you must:
Possess a valid driver's license issued by his/her state of residence appropriate for the type, class and gross vehicle weight of the Company vehicle to which the employee is assigned.

Ability to pass the DOT Medical Exam and Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification.

Ability to pass a physical examination to show you can safely perform the physical requirements of the position.

Great for 9 years & then it got real bad with a manager that had no clue. I would not recommend this company anymore.

Our vacation policy varies based on how many years of service you have - it typically starts around 2 weeks and goes up from there. We also have separate time off for illness, and holidays.

Working hours will vary by position, but standard hours will likely be 8 -5 pm. Some jobs, including but not limited to warehouse positions, may include shifts such as swing/graveyard. Jobs not on a "typical" schedule are advertised as such.
