What advice would you give the CEO of Great American Restaurants about how to improve it?
Team building retreats/activities for management would help a lot, it seems that not everyone is on the same page.
Stressful and Unrealistic considering they want their company to be effect but no one can be with a biased rating scale.
Only thing I didn't like was the lack of hours given per day. If the day was slow, we'd get cut early too, sometimes working as little as 30 minutes.
