Depends on the franchisee. Mine was great, I enjoyed it. However I want more money for my skill. Specialising in haircut was a benefit and I learned a lot.

Overall it is a good company, they should allow for a set schedule to help people with children. Sales of products are very important to the company and I'm not a sales person.

Definitely not a "open door" policy for communication.Creativity and originality is discouraged.Does not have capabilities to service ethnic hair

I worked for the company for so long, and a typical work day was good for me cause I love what I do and did, I love people and I love the art ,but they treated me like very badly and I worked so hard .,their were days I did 32 haircuts with no lunch and no breaks,I had to work with people that had terrible downright ridiculous customer service bskills,I always took my time and lovely efforts with each and every single Cliant regardless of how much butt time it took ,I'm a people pleaser and always wantedmthem to feel like they had a place homely like with us, unfortunately coprate and the owners only cares about the money . Not my style I truely love what I do n cared for each and every Cliant like family .their my bread and butter n without them we got nothing. I'm upset with corporate their just liars they want to make money that is it!
