No room for PROFESSIONAL advancement or continuing education for new trends or cutting techniques. I'm a quality stylist NOT a quantity one! The
15 min haircuts makes employees feel they work at a sweat shop and customers feel like there just a number. Also, the coupons are the absolute worst. I'm sorry but $6.99, $8.99 and $10.99 brings in the sometimes disrespectful, unkept, cheap low budget clientele who dont know what a quality haircut is. Many get their once or twice a year cut with these coupons.

I think they should go out during the holidays.


Request is always a back and forth issue in stores. If a client is coming to a business and paying for a service, how can you tell them no request! We provided an artistic service which obviously met the client's expectations. In reality, they are coming for the stylist who performed the great haircut NOT necessarily GL other than the low price.

80-100 cuts at $16 which means you make almost nothing compared to what you're bringing in the salon. I guess question is so why rush?!

Getting ripped off financially. If you're cutting 80-100 haircuts a week and you barely get $300 there's a problem! Equation dont add up and not fair
They promote to many inexperienced managers as a quick fix for a location. Many unprofessional stylists with alot of personal issues going on are hired out of despiration.

Indeed was my 1st application with great clips. I was scooped up quickly for a shop that had the store manager on maternity leave durring a 5.99 haircut sale. All was good till she returned. lol then I got as ll weekends nites and weekends. After 20 years I deserve a fair work schedule.

There is no maternity pay. You can have time off but no paycheck. I thinks its ridiculous bc this industry has a lot of ladies working in it.

Beware of sign on bonus! There's a reason some locations can't keep cutters.its not lack of fresh employees. You'd think after a year or 2 the owner would figure it out. It's not me/ us its the one that's been there all this time. You know the ones that don't need great clips. They have other salon jobs ect ect. Treat your team players rite. The greedy bully needs to go.
