Don't even go to the interview!!!
Wellness Product Advocate (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLDecember 8, 2017
Do not waste your time and go to the interview . Interviewed for the Wellness Product Advocate which is a fancy name for Retention agent . People are basically calling in to cancel the "autoship" feature they signed up for which charges their credit card every month for a product that does not work . The pay is $16 hour you work M-F It sounds amazing but if you do not get through training your out . Even when you get on the floor the first time you fall under the percentage they want you to stay at your DONE ! Don't quit a "for sure" job for GreatHealthWorks you'll regret it .
Pros
Pay $16, no weekends
Cons
Everything else

Productive and motivational atmosphere.
Team Leader (Current Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLNovember 23, 2017
Great HealthWorks is a great family and friend fun atmosphere to work at. Each day workplace culture is reminded and reiterated.
I learned how to manage teams whom did not bring soft skills to the position and encouraged and reinforced customer service interpersonal skills. The hardest part of the job was the anticipation of exceed monthly production. The most enjoyable part of the job was viewing the accomplishments of my team and the joy from their motivational support of myself.
Pros
Free breakfast, free lunch, customer service appreciation day brunches
Cons
Previous position short lunch break Mondays

Limited Hours Available For Cus Serv, No Benefit-Independent Contractor
Consumer,Sales and Retention Agent, Work at Home (Current Employee) –  VirtualSeptember 18, 2017
Could barely get 10 hours per week at times in customer service. One has to pay $100 for the second or third time that the instructors fail you on a mock call, even after getting all 100's though out this unpaid course. Keep in mind that it's your equipment being used to service, Computers, Headsets etc. and your Utilities being used Cable Bill, Electric Bill etc. Pays between $10-$12 hourly, if you try to save the customers (retention) it can be very stressful. Apart from selling Customers Fish Oil, You'll be sell them Bacteria-not mentioned in Genesis as God created Man.

Stay away from this company unless it's your last option.
Education (Former Employee) –  Davie, FLJuly 19, 2017
This is a terrible company. The management lives in the stone age and expects its employees to be puppets. I'm glad I had several other options and decided not to continue with my employment. They constantly treat their employees like school children. If you're thinking about working here...don't.
Pros
Can't think of any
Cons
Employees are treated like school children. HR is a joke.

Good company to work for IF they like you.
QA Analyst (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLJuly 13, 2017
While working with the company was a good experience, the company is a bit unorganized. This may have more to do with management than the company itself. The turn over rate is ridiculous and most of the say is spent in meetings than actually getting a work done.
Pros
They like to treat the employee to lunch and events.
Cons
You may have to work late and come in on weekends.

Leadership depends on micro management, and agressive management techniques.
Director (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLMay 31, 2017
Very aggressive senior leadership that micromanages the business. As a manager, hard to get a word in, and often take responsibility for decisions made at higher levels. Good compensation packages, and decent prospects for promotion if you are a good fit for the company culture. The core product and services of the company show consistent growth. The company often gets side tracked trying to move in other directions in which they have no experience or resources, with recurring failures in diversifying the business. Many smart, energetic people at the manager level to work with.
Pros
Good compensation, lots of smart, energetic people.
Cons
Leadership mico manages, too many efforts to develop the business in directions where they have no experiece or resources

Arrogant Management & Owners
Sales (Current Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLMay 10, 2017
This company thinks "plan" is a four letter word. Be careful when choosing this company. The benefits are horrible; the time off is paltry and the culture focuses ONLY on upper management's needs, not the employee.

Stressful Environment and Micromanage is their moto
Customer Care Specialist (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLOctober 12, 2016
Honestly, this place is a load of BS, garbage. Management, HR, and Trainers are all in their circle of people who have kissed serious butt to be where they are. The management and leaders at this company have got to be some of the most unprofessional people I've dealt with. They have no empathy or compassion for their employees let alone the customers who keep the company alive. The product only costs about $11 to make while this company is selling it for $60.. let that sink in. I've worked for many big companies in the past to realize that the micromanaging level at this place is ridiculous. Their attendance policy should really be revised if they plan to keep their US office open for long. They're no longer looking to hire as they will start outsourcing to India soon. Overall, the company sucks but I made great friends in my training class, 5 of which got let go.

The individual were awesome to work with! As a retention specialist it was my duty to maintain a certain percentage, however due to the economy most customers were unable to afford the product with being on a fixed income.

High stress level, high pressure and bad supervisors
Retention Specialist (Former Employee) –  Davie, FLSeptember 8, 2016
The doors are revolving and it's ran like a prison. Most people don't survive training let alone the floor. Management is bad because they are pressured too. The environment is extremely stressful. No one is happy. They offer great commission but they find every way to rub you of getting the commission.
Pros
they pay weekly
Cons
Healthcare is expensive. You always feel like your in a prison and turnover rate is astronomical.
