They definitely play favorites in orland park. The entire great lake team leads are best friends and their boss is really close. The Orland park il do not care about you . I got wrote up my day of training I guess the teamlead didn't care for me. They base the schedule off when their buddies dont want to work. Team lead expect you to do her job

Ask our case managers....50 to 60 hours a week....Heavy case load....long driving trips to see patients, charting gets put off until home. And they nurses are SALARIED!!!!
