No sick days. Point system. So if you do call in sick and have vacation you loose a day of vacation and get a point.

You are just a number. So if you have seniority you're basically walking around with a Target on your back. They keep bringing in temps and straining them on for a year to 18 months much of the time to let them go and just bring in more Temps.

Implement a weekend shift, address problems rather than allowing them to continue to build, remove defunct equipment that is outdated or not efficient. Make new management actually work on the floor for a while to learn about the problems and to help to find ways to overcome existing and preexisting problems
