Good pay, good training, and lots of hours in a week if u need the money. Wish i could go back and do it all over again. Management not bad , and the workers are very respectful. The only thing you really have to do is dress appropriate for the cold weather.

I actually loved working there it challenged me and it was fast paced which made my time go pretty fast i just had some personal issues that was interfering with my work and if i could go back i would in a heart beat
Breaks should be longer due to the temperature and overtime is mandatory don't believe them when they say 2 days off u have 1 off day and work 55. Plus hours weekly it will definitely keep u from home and your family
A day at great lakes consisted of fast past from beginning to end of each shift. Job teaches you how to work in 15 below temperatures.Order selecting ,and forklift operators play a major part in the day. Every employee is appreciated for his or her work performance in enduring such temperatures. Each and every individual is respected. The hardest part about the job is the cold. The most enjoyable part about the job is the pay and benefits.

They always want you to perform at a good standard but don't have no up to par equipment that place sucks OSHA needs to shut them down it was never an enjoyable day and management don't help nobody with nothing unless you in the office all day or night with your head up their butts it's alot of picking and choosing around there
i learned how to properly handle an forklift and i also learned how to communicate in T5 blue tooth headset. The workplace culture is good very friendly. Hardest part of the job is mantaining the same pick order throughout the whole week to earn your extra incentives,

I enjoyed working there, the warehouse was under reconstruction which caused a lot of issues with trying to get my work done. They were pressuring you to get your job done in a timely matter; but under the reconstruction it was hard to do.
Liked the time of day and doing my job
They hired too many felons, that did not leave there issues at home
Warehousing will always be challenging. Be prepared to work hard and not receive anything more than the requirements. Stay focus on avoiding injuries and avoid realize that all jobs are not for all people.
