Good pay. Salesman just sell and dont care about roofer well-being
Plain n simple. Salesman dont know roofing, they just sell. Roofers have to overcome huge obstacles that salesman overlook or dont worry about because they dont know how it is to roof what they sell.

Poor management/ Minimal benefits
PTO is a joke until you’ve been there 6+ years. Bonuses are a joke but management gets close to 6 figures as a bonus even though they brag about how much growth the company had. Just added holidays but it’s only 5. They reward employees that don’t do their job and expect others to help them with their duties. Limited Benefits/Uneducated Management
Benefits are lacking, You will not accumulate any real time off unless you have been there over 3 years, they recently just added 5 holiday days, most companies start you with 8 plus Management has little to no education on how to deal with employees either with discipline or promotions. Big Ego’s with some of the management. No management skills within Material handling….
