Good Hours and benefits

Great hours with paid time off, you gotta work hard but they take care of you. Hours are Monday-Thursday 6am-430pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed.

Busy place

Upper management has a deep rooted buddy system. 3 weeks of forced overtime on Fridays and sometumes you get sent home with no work the next week. Feast or famine it seems...They play music though.

Needs work

The point system is a joke ,you take time off for a vacation it's approved , then like magic is unapproved and you fired ??!! What a joke !! No communication between your supervisor and you , they expect you to do there work for them ( example checking you own time card).

Warehouse was amazing

The warehouse was a great job, everyone was super friendly. Other parts of the plant I could say different about though. Good pay and great benefits 10 hour days.

Hard to get fired unless you can't show up. Be ready to beat your head on the wall. Very top heavy, buddy system well in place. 10hr days, no overtime then lots of mandatory OT. Not very well run
