What a Joke
Terrible interview process, hr will laugh at you in the interview while the president of the co drags you through the mud regarding cultural surveys results. On top of a 50 hr work week and no ot offered (what a gem). Was literally told they don’t want to invest in ppl to have them find other work. Weird statement to make.. must have high turnover.

Very poor overall
This is a very dirty and disorganized company as a whole. No housekeeping in offices or warehouse Buildings do not have adequate plumbing and cooling, major disrepair. They heavily preach workplace culture, but do not follow it.Little to no investment in training and development of associates.

Self-sufficient
The culture at GSE allows me to provide my best work without overwhelming/over bearing scrutiny of formans breathing down your neck. GSE is the type of company that will take the time to do the job right, and ensure the customers machines are treat like your mothers fine China .
