Once a year but beware raises are not what you might expect given what you were probably told when you got hired. They rarely keep up with inflation for most employees, and are heavily influenced by factors you have no control over. When hired it sounded like if the company does well employee raises will be good but nothing is further from the truth. The company as done fantastic, and raises were not very good.

Permit me to answer in a different way, only a tiny portion of employees make it to 3 years, most quit and go somewhere else or simply disappear and those who know them personally say they were fired or forced to quit. That includes people right up to the VP level.

Managers are expected to work 50 to 60 hours, most people say they are doing work normally done by multiple people in other similar companies.

My opinion, the workers are great but the way the company is managed is horrible. If few people last more than a year or two, that says everything I think you need to know. If you need a job and they offer one, take it, but don't stop looking for a job in another company.
