Once a year but beware raises are not what you might expect given what you were probably told when you got hired. They rarely keep up with inflation for most employees, and are heavily influenced by factors you have no control over. When hired it sounded like if the company does well employee raises will be good but nothing is further from the truth. The company as done fantastic, and raises were not very good.
Yearly, but the raises are tiny and other compensation may not be what you think you were promised by the hiring manager
