Good company to work for

Great company, pays good, keeps you busy, steady hours, cool people to work with, great benefits and a lot of growth and opportunities. They all show love and will support you with anything you need and are dealing with.

Great place to work with on the job training

This is a great place to work for anyone a lot of room to grow at this fast growing company. They are willing to teach/train people with no experience!

Coming from one trade to a different one I was nervous but building things by hand and seeing the quality of product we produce here is so rewarding. Management cares about your growth and pushes you to be better whenever they can 🙌

Lots of knowledgeable people that are always willing to share information to help others succeed.

Great place to learn a new skill/trade or further your knowledge! No prior training needed, willing to train on the job. Friendly people and lots of opportunities for bonuses.

Good place overall some issues but good some of the things is they move crews way to much not enough time for emergency’s that occur only one week paid of

They urge you to do your best and understand when mistakes happen. Fast-paced and fun place to work. You do different projects every week so it’s not the same thing over and over.

Awesome place

I love building decks for GreenShield home. It has been a fun experience and I love seeing the quality and work of a finished project. I had some iffy moments with it. And there’s some stuff I don’t see eye to eye with, but overall it been an awesome place!!!

It’s a easy place to learn and better you’re skills, the people are easy to work with too. The work is fun and really not to hard it’s easy to learn and a great trade to learn for future projects.

Year round work, Weekend work is not required, easy to get time off when needed

There has been tremendous growth within this company. There is a very aggressive program in place to grow to a national level. This gives a opportunity to those who want to advance their career the perfect platform. If you are willing to work hard, do quality work, have a positive, yes I can attitude, able to learn and lead, you will advance very quickly. We get our crew leaders and supervisors First Aid and CPR certified. We get everybody their OHSA 10. We will be the biggest and safest company in the nation. I am willing to put our decks up against anybody in the nation. Now is the time.
