Chairs were uncomfortable. Outbound calls were for calling donors and scheduling pickups of clothing and household items. Inbound calls were for donors checking on the status of when the truck would be arriving at their home.

Everyone was very nice, and it was a very relaxed place to work despite how busy it could get. It isn't a cut throat environment and it really felt like a big family. Everyone was there to help each other out. I do wish I was paid slightly more an hour but I honestly cant complain.
