Unethical
Leasing Agent (Former Employee) –  GASeptember 13, 2018
Unethical things are done and told to do when you speak up they begin creating things to find to build a case to remove you. Its cutthroat. They create this happy feel we care about you and your goals thats a cover up. Certain type of people get offer opportunties not all. They have to be diverse to not show a certain look but they love and hire a certain type of race. Certain races are treated like ...Unprofessional leaders. They are not good standing they hire people like vendors knowing they cant pay them for work but employees has to deal with it. They use people for their benefit

Project Manager/Technician (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJuly 23, 2018
This company cares nothing for your personal advancement or work. The owners are micromanaging bipolar gentlemen who will do anything unethical if it makes them more money.

Its a great place to start
Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GADecember 18, 2017
Definitely a great place to work if you're new in the industry and want to learn distressed properties and their functions. Great training grounds for someone looking to advance within management. Company fairly small making career advancement slim to none. Corporate associates lack a great amount of on-site experience making it difficult to understand and relate with on-site staff.
Pros
Awesome CEO and COO

Pay Cap and Bonus Structure

Director of Field Capital Projects (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GANovember 25, 2017
A typical day of work start going to pick up the Team, then go to the jobsite, make the assessment of the project, determine the scope of work, plu the statement of work, determine the materials needed, perform the procurement, ...
My contribution is achieve the projects on or below time, below the budget on 30% to 50% less, and without (zero) accidents with loss time.

Property Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJune 7, 2017
This is a good place to start your career and get a good job with benefits. They help you set some goals and help you make them too. While it's pretty good, most people don't stick around and I don't think it's a place to stay long term.

Finance/Business Manager (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILMarch 24, 2016
Good place to work. Wish I never left this firm.

The owners of the company are very open minded, kind and appreciative of my many efforts over the years to improve their business processes, collect account receivables, streamline their billing and collection as well as collection processes.
Pros
Great culture
Cons
Smaller company
