Fun company to work for. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Customers seem to like the dealership and do not have to many complaints.

I enjoyed going to work everyday and seeing my coworkers. I liked working on the equipment and talking with the customers. When working on different projects I liked trying to figure out what was wrong with the machines. The management team was pretty good like you would find in most places and they understood having kids and having to leave early sometimes. Sometimes the jobs were repetitious doing the same things over and over but it was still a good company. They have great benefit packages to choose from that you do not find in some other companies.

GreenMark Equipment is a great place to work with great people. The company takes excellent care of employees through competitive wages, benefits and opportunities to grow within the company. As more time is spent working with the GreenMark team you realize they are truly passionate about helping any customer that comes through the door. An average work day is 8 1/2 hours long with alternating schedules on Saturdays. During spring planting and fall harvesting busy season work days can be closer to 10 hours but its only for a couple weeks. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to work with the customer to problem solve whatever task or needs they have. When joining the team they give you access to unlimited resource and great training to help gain knowledge about John Deere products and services we offer. GreenMark Equipment creates a collaborative environment that gives opportunities for employees and customers to succeed.

When I first started at Greenmark I had very high hopes of gaining knowledge and growing within the company. Soon I learned that this would never be the case. I made the mistake of working for the parts department instead of sales... The parts personnel are treated like garbage by upper management and customers alike. You may as well plan on living in this place. Long hours in the spring and long hours Saturdays with no break other than lunch. And you may even be called back into work after hours if you are the “on call guy”. Bad structure and poor management. Best thing about this company is leaving. Think long and hard what your personal time and family life is worth to you before going to work here.

You are nothing but another spoke on the wheel to this company. They could care less about if you stay or go they just want to make money. They lojack the vehicles just because they do not trust their employees. Terrible company

Just an overall great place to work. Great pay. Great benefits. Great people. It is that mom and pop feel at the corporate level. Just a fantastic place. They know how to take care of the people they employee.

Fun store to work at, poor company as a whole.

Worked in the Sales Dept. Enjoyed the people at the store I worked at. Upper Management would never listen to Store Managers with wants and needs. Very arrogant ownership. Looked down on everyone. Good product, not enough staff. Ended up working way too many hours which equalled out to very low pay. No room for advancement. Meeting the customers and working with the store staff were awesome though.

Too many hours, ownership and Upper Management.
