Management tends to be outgoing and reasonably chill. Canvassing is tough but it’s also kind of fun, especially when you know and care about the issues. You work with and meet new people who also care and want to help. Job security depends on meeting quota which can be stressful but if you’re good, the pay & benefits are good. Greenpeace is by and large the most supportive work environment I have ever been a part of. This is an organization that will begin to invest in you the moment you step through the door.
