Honestly, it depends on the hiring manager. I like to get my open positions filled as quickly as possible.

Applied on a Thursday, phone interview Friday morning, in office interview with hiring manager Friday afternoon. Interview with physicians that are hiring the following Thursday and a phone call with an offer 2.5 hours later.
