I enjoyed being the "Bud Guy" that customers and consumers enjoyed seeing everyday. I grew close with my accounts and enjoyed the people I worked with. I would recommend this position for someone that enjoys working with people in a fast paced environment.
Grey Eagle Distributors creates a rewarding work environment for both entry level and experienced positions. The Company takes pride in providing quality benefits and opportunities for advancement. My favorite thing about working here is you feel like you are a part of the Budweiser family. There's a since of pride and heritage from working for a AB distributor.
Sales Representatives are poorly compensated for the amount of time and effort that we put in on a daily basis. Payout on incentives take an excessive amount of time and is unacceptable. All upper management is young and no real chances for advancement. CEO is greedy.
I work around holidays great pay some days are longer then others but when pay day arrives its a great day for everyone. I started off working on the trucks riding along with a full time driver taking beers into the store on the route for the day.
pay is terrible for working for the largest Bud wholesaler in the Midwest. no time to sell. no work/life balance. mngmt makes quota unattainable so we don't get paid. no perks (maybe get 4 free cases of beer a year) no free tickets to games or concerts.
