hardly any business at this location. managers were rude and mean, had customers leaving crying because their experience at the dealer . other sales people would be rude and mean to you and not help at all. managers though it was ok for other sales people to belittle you and say rude things about you and harass you

Pros

great teacher and some staff

Cons

no sales, was a ghost town

Just like most dealership, money motivated at all cost even your most valuable employees .

It’s basically a shark tank . If you are ok being a shark this is the job for you and you will excel. Unfortunately at the expense of dishonest mechanics that are lazy and what to recommend things they don’t need and customers that feel entitled to discounts but will not take the time to fill outa survey for you .

Pros

Money is good even though your being robbed

Cons

Everything

Ghetto Trash

I can't believe the ghetto trash these people hire over and over to handle new and used car inventory? They seriously hire people with serious criminal backgrounds and that are even active gang members. And they can't figure out why inventory goes missing? Management is afraid to confront these employees because they'll pull the race card. Why keep hiring ghetto trash? It makes no sense... Just stay away from this place either as a customer or a potential employee; it's a sinking ship....

Pros

Nothing

Cons

Low pay, no benefits, ghetto trash culture, poor management, the good people get fired and the thugs get promoted.

Good place for few who.....

If you have no education. No diploma. No experience. No where to go. This is THE place. Workers clueless. Customers don't know difference. Everyone gets by.

Pros

No thinking needed

Cons

Brainfree

took my responsibilities serious

Trained several new employees quarterly. Drafted meeting agendas, supplied advance materials and executed follow-up for meetings and team conferences. Managed the receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information. Maintained the front desk and reception area in a neat and organized fashion. Planned meetings and prepared conference rooms.

Beautiful showroom - Quality products

Diverse client base , quality vehicles. When there us plenty floor traffic everyone is happy. Learned a lot about helping clients get what the really wanted according to their budgets. Co workers were fine as long as they were making money.Hard to be a team when selfishness and greed are the motivating factors.Meeting people and earning money were the most enjoyable parts of the job.

Pros

hands on knowledge of toyota's vehicles and their performance

Cons

no team spirit, every man for themselves
