They rarely give raises. As you can see in many of the previous reviews, they constantly want you to work more hours with fewer people; & the more you hit your bonus, the more they will reduce your commission percentage. You go from hero to zero after every month end.

I had to quit to get a raise. Only when they realized they had no other qualified technicians did they call me back in and offer me a raise to return. That was 6 years ago and o raise has been offered since that.

Not sure if they do. Co-worker of mine told me after 1 and a half years he's not gotten a raise.

In the accounting center it depends upon how much your manager personally likes you. They do not do performance evaluations or have set time frames. You could be a great employee for over three years and not receive a raise or you could be a below average employee for a year and receive one solely because you asked enough.
