Stop over staffing your dealerships, stop underpaying your management staff and stop hiring illegal immigrants to your staff. You should take care of your long term employees. I know you have employees that have been with you for 20 years that are struggling financially because you keep hiring people even illegal immigrants to over staff your dealerships. I know the only important thing to you is money. Shame on you for not caring about the little men and women that have shown dedication to your company for years. It is sad you care so little anout them and only care about your paychecks. They may not wear suits but they matter. Shame shame on all of you.
