This company was so employee orientated. There was always something fun planned for the company employees all year long. HR's door was always open! The HR dept, all of the directors and managers truly cared for the direct reports and their peers.

If you wish to be a domestic tour director for adults, this is one of the best
Tour Director (Current Employee) –  Littleton, CODecember 20, 2017
Organizing and executing motor coach tours. Adding your personal touch to an existing Technical Itinerary is a nice outlet for creative expression. It makes your tours "yours". Lots of long hours on the road, often back to back tours. Heavily dependent upon gratuities, which can be an issue with guests from countries where tipping culture is not ingrained.

Family owned company with good travel benefits
Groups Manager (Former Employee) –  Littleton, COJuly 18, 2017
Group Voyagers is the US office for the Globus family of brands. They have a fun environment for associates and good travel benefits. Managements always has the interest of its associates as the top priority. However that interests stops at the management level. The executive branch is egotistical and only appreciates brown nosed "yes-men". If you have an opinion or integrity - management at Group Voyagers is not for you.
Pros
Great Benefits for health-care, 401k, dental etc. Allowance given each year to travel on their brands
Cons
Very segerated. There are the halfs and the halfs not.

Reporting Analyst / Siebel Administrator (Current Employee) –  Littleton, COFebruary 12, 2016
One of the best jobs I've ever had. Leadership is strong and the environment is fun. Advancement is slow, but steady. Management, in my case, has been extremely supportive. I recommend to any colleague to work here.
Pros
Great salary and benfits.
Cons
Not many. Wouldn't mind a larger office

Schedule changes
Air Desk Associate (Former Employee) –  Littleton, COAugust 29, 2015
I worked in the air department where we worked on air itineraries and flight schedule changes for tour company clients. We spent a lot of time on the phone with the airlines tour desks working out the schedule change problems.
Pros
Very satisfying fixing problems.
Cons
Repetitive work.
