Assembly line
Written by Account Manager (Former Employee) from Tampa, FL on January 23, 2018
Working at Grus was a different experience. I interviewed for a recruiter role and was offered account manager which was nice but weird. The training helped a little bit with my sales manager however after 1 month of working there i could see it was not a good work environment. From the time you clock in to the time you clock out it feels like you are - more ... working on an assembly line and only have your scheduled 15 minute breaks. No cell phones allowed so if you have children or a sick significant other than might as well not start because they are not understanding to personal issues or personal t ... - less
Prossometimes the owner would grill food at the shop so no lunch required
Consno breaks, no communication with other co-workers, and felt like you walked on egg shells all day long
