Work & Life Balance

Security Officer in Las Vegas, NV
on March 4, 2021
All in all decent company
Decent company with competitive starting hourly pay especially for unarmed security but bennies could be better as far as health insurance ,PTO is awesome, one thing it’s a company based out of LA so in Vegas all we had was one contract so is all up to you to keep it REAL on the job or get cut and lose a job due to lack of contracts here in Vegas with only that one contract and if client contract don’t want you back or gives you a second chance you pretty much cut throat there on.

No career path or growth opportunity has ever been discussed. They promote people that are not a good fit for management roles, which also display favoritism. The fraternizing within the office is unbearable to watch. I have never worked for such a poorly ran company in my career.
Security Guard in Culver City, CA
on March 4, 2021
At first I thought they were a good company but they are not, no help what so ever I was exposed to COVID 3 times an not once did I ever get the COVID exposer pay! All they say is take a leave of absence
Security Guard in Oxnard, CA
on February 22, 2021
The Oxnard location pays its officers below minimum wage, laid off a bunch of officers last minute and makes no attempt to call them back. It’s not what I expected
Security Guard Officer in Culver City, CA
on February 9, 2021
GSG is a great place to work for. By far the most professional security company I have come across. As long as you come to work on time to your scheduled shift you wouldn’t have any problems. You can get promotions fast and they even give employee of the month. My account manager was always understanding and had great communication. Great company to work for.
